Role Description
The People Operations team is dedicated to ensuring our team members are supported through their entire experience at Oak Street Health. The Director, Talent Systems plays a vital role in securing and engaging talent, creating an employee experience that attracts and retains top talent who deliver our mission. This is a new position responsible for building this function, partnering with other sub-functions, business leaders and other development resources embedded in the organization. This role will partner closely with other members of the People Operations Team to build foundational systems that scale as we rapidly grow the broader Oak Street Health team.
What you'll do:
  • Lead optimization of role profiles, working with role owners and identify strategic prioritize to identify and optimize critical elements in the team member lifecycle.
  • Create and augment existing development programs for new hires and team members, continually assessing and building mission critical competencies
  • Formalize and enhance current manager and leader training curricula
  • Apply subject matter expertise to design and continually optimize organizational structure to deliver scalability and growth requirements
  • Own the Talent Assessment and Succession Planning processes
  • Develop Diversity and Inclusion Program, integrating with core business processes

What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development/Design, Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
  • 10 years of experience in Organizational Design, Development, HR Business Partnership and/or HR Generalist
  • Organizational design and implementation leadership experience
  • Talent Assessment and Succession Planning Management
  • Ability to and interest in operating at both a strategic and tactical level
  • Skilled at partnering with business leaders to understand and translate business needs into actionable plans and lead execution and implementation of solutions
  • Ability to build positive relationships, work as part of a team and collaboratively partner with leaders and peers
  • Excellent Microsoft / G Suite skills and exceptional presenter
  • US work authorization
