SUMMARY:
You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, performing accurate entry of customer data, providing quality customer service to our internal and external customers, delivering consistent and effective resolutions to our customers, as well as supporting a combination of project work and administrative duties that facilitate cross-functional business processes. You'll navigate the complexities of order processing for configurable products, domestic and international orders, and tailored requirements for multiple sales regions and organizations (i.e., channel v. field).
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Processing orders received from customers and/or sales representatives timely and accurately.
- You'll work closely with sales team and customers to clarify additional information until all required order components are provided.
- You'll coordinate with manufacturing and shipping teams for product availability and ship dates and update sales orders accordingly.
- You'll facilitate and ensure resolution of all sales order related issues.
- You'll ensure that proper controls are in place to accurately reflect orders booked daily for company-wide reporting.
- You'll manage credit hold orders daily, working as a liaison between sales and accounts receivable.
- You'll maintain open communication within department to assure information distribution is accurate and complete in respect to all aspects of department duties.
- You'll complete various daily, weekly, and monthly reporting duties as needed for the department.
- You'll track current outstanding revenue return orders and evaluation orders that need to be returned to Boulder, and act as a liaison between the customer/third party, the sales team, and the warehouse team to ensure equipment is returned in a timely manner.
- You'll ensure all departmental and company-wide processes and procedures are followed in accordance with our ISO requirements.
- You'll assist in departmental projects as needed.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE
- Two to four years related experience; and/or equivalent of combined work experience or education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- ERP experience required (Infor LN preferred).
- Accuracy and attention to detail are a must.
- Ability to prioritize tasks by understanding the objectives of the department and organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Superb customer service and client communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast team environment with minimal supervision.
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAD
- Basic understanding of Incoterms.
Status - Full time.
COMPENSATION - $ 50,000 - $53,000
