What you will do:
- Contribute as a valued team member on technical cybersecurity engagements (e.g., vulnerability scanning, external/internal penetration testing (web applications, mobile applications, web services, API, network, wireless, etc.), firewall reviews, cloud/network architecture reviews, and other IT/cyber assessments
- Work effectively as a self-managed team member, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication and update management on engagement process
- Prepare client reports and presentations to an exceptional standard
- Excellent communication skills and be able to present technical findings to technical team (as and when required)
- Research the latest security best practices and stay abreast of new threats and vulnerabilities and share these with the team
- Contribute to internal research and development projects
- Continue to develop your knowledge and experience working with a variety of technology environments, platforms, applications and tools/utilities
- Demonstrate the desire to continually grow, learn and develop skills and knowledge through external and internal education, training and cross-training opportunities to maximize personal contribution to the organizational goals and ongoing career development
- Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients
- Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goals

Qualifications
Successful candidates will have:
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ year(s) experience of penetration testing or application security experience beyond automated tools
- Excellent analytical, technical and problem solving skills, with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, collaboration, and time management skills
