What you will do:

• Contribute as a valued team member on technical cybersecurity engagements (e.g., vulnerability scanning, external/internal penetration testing (web applications, mobile applications, web services, API, network, wireless, etc.), firewall reviews, cloud/network architecture reviews, and other IT/cyber assessments
• Work effectively as a self-managed team member, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication and update management on engagement process
• Prepare client reports and presentations to an exceptional standard
• Excellent communication skills and be able to present technical findings to technical team (as and when required)
• Research the latest security best practices and stay abreast of new threats and vulnerabilities and share these with the team
• Contribute to internal research and development projects
• Continue to develop your knowledge and experience working with a variety of technology environments, platforms, applications and tools/utilities
• Demonstrate the desire to continually grow, learn and develop skills and knowledge through external and internal education, training and cross-training opportunities to maximize personal contribution to the organizational goals and ongoing career development
• Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients
• Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goals

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have:

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1+ year(s) experience of penetration testing or application security experience beyond automated tools
• Excellent analytical, technical and problem solving skills, with strong attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, collaboration, and time management skills
