Job Title : Specialist - Data Analytics & Insight
What can you expect?

• Contribute to the creation and development of excel based Claims Dashboards

• Support the Analytics Solutions team with state of the art analytics on claims data for various lines of businesses

• Collaborate and contribute to project based initiatives

• Get trained and mentored by industry and subject matter experts

We will count on you to:

• Standardize and integrate claims data across clients and transform them for consumption

• Build excel dashboards and interactive Tableau dashboards with descriptive and trend based analytics on claims data

• Review all the metrics in the dashboard to make sure that the values are within the defined range and call out any anomaly or unusual trends

• Review claims data to identify the gaps

• Demonstrate great project management skills to ensure quality and timelines

What you need to have:

• Quick learner with a keen interest in data analytics and visualization

• Ability to draw insights by weaving qualitative and quantitative data points into an actionable story board

• Knowledge and practice of descriptive data analytics using excel, Tableau, Power BI or any other data visualization tool

• Knowledge and practice of working on analytical models using Python

• Effective communicator who is able to liaise with a diverse set of colleagues

• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel
