Specialist Data Projects Lead

We are looking for an experienced Specialist Data Projects Lead to assess and improve Capita’s data infrastructure and capabilities, covering all aspects of the Data Life-Cycle, from Data Management, Data Quality, Data Security etc. The purpose of this role is to work on one or more of the clearly defined Workstreams within Capita Experience to help coordinate and improve our Data activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Fluency in English

• Experience independently managing a portfolio of projects

• Specializing in at least one Data discipline, for example: Data Governance Knowledge, Data Management

• Familiarity with database systems, ETL processes, and data analytics tools

• Ability to clearly articulate detailed requirements to both Senior and Technical stakeholders in a meaningful and understandable way

• Experience of working with and delivering to multiple clients & stakeholders is paramount – both at a senior and detailed level, experience in contact centre is considered a plus

• Strong experience in the Microsoft stack

• Ability to troubleshoot issues and find innovative solutions

• Proven of ability to balance multiple priorities.
