EIDO Enterprise Omnichannel Product Management: We partner across the enterprise to improve the customer and associate experience throughout telephony, texting, assisted channels, and omnichannel capabilities. We deliver journey enablers and capabilities to further our customer journey-centric strategy through assisted (non-digital) and unassisted (self-service digital) solutions; we also manage digital product management practices.
Internship Roles/Responsibilities
Interns will conduct research, discovery and analysis activities focused on customer-facing digital solutions. They will work in an agile environment using agile delivery methodologies and product management principles.

Key Skills and Competencies
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to be tailored by audience (peers to executives)
- Analytical: Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data; Ability to synthesize complex data into goals and anticipate and measure results & outcomes; Conduct high-level market research
- Presentation: Present findings to agile team members including, Product Analyst's (PA's), Product Owner's (PO's), Product Manager's (PM's), Peers and Digital Leaders and executives
- Relationship Building: Effective collaboration with PM's, PO's & Agile Teams; Assimilate direction from multiple sources and effectively set work priorities; Influence feature priorities
- Entrepreneurial: Ability to work independently; Digital curiosity; Manage complex analysis tasks within a digital discipline
- Digital Literacy: Possess a range of digital skills, knowledge of the basic principles of computing devices, and can engage with relevant networks while adhering to behavioral protocols. Understand societal issues raised by digital technologies and use critical-thinking skills to identify, capture and evaluate information
- Dealing with Ambiguity & Problem Solving: Review, monitor, and interpret data to identify trends, and proactively develop strategies and tactics that respond to these findings or make viable recommendations to the product team(s). Deal with ambiguity and learn quickly in a complex environment.
