Company Description
As the Specialist in emerging Programs, you will play a key role in fueling Red Bull with extraordinary talent across North America. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Emerging Programs, you will be responsible for supporting the full lifecycle recruitment process for all Emerging Programs, including Interns, Grads, and Aviators (On Premise Sales Trainees). You will focus on executing high-quality hiring events, optimizing recruitment processes, and implementing the right tools and trainings to continuously improve our talent acquisition efforts.
Job Description
TALENT ACQUISITION & PROGRAM SUPPORTÂ
Support in hiring, event planning, and quality execution of all existing programs, in addition to future pipeline programsÂ
Serve as a key point of contact for all program-related communications, addressing questions and concerns for internal stakeholders (e.g., Managers, Talent Business Partners) and external applicants
Identify new ways to attract a diverse pool of top talent, fostering an inclusive workforce across Red BullÂ
Conduct regular check-ins with managers, Talent Business Partners, and current Grads, Aviators, and Interns to provide support and ensure a positive program experienceÂ
DRIVE A BEST-IN- HIRING PROCESS
Equip hiring managers with tools, training, and resources to make informed and effective hiring decisions that align with program objectivesÂ
Create a premium candidate and hiring manager experience from start to finishÂ
Recommend and implement program enhancements that align with organizational prioritiesÂ
Identify and act on opportunities to automate and enhance programs' abilities to scale through recruiting processes and toolsÂ
EVENT PLANNING & EXECUTIONÂ
Coordinate all aspects of hiring events, including creating and maintaining budgets, project timelines, and logistical planningÂ
Oversee vendor relationships, from contract negotiation to event setup, ensuring alignment with Red Bull’s standards and requirementsÂ
Support in the design and delivery of hiring event material prep and related content
Qualifications
1-3 years of talent acquisition experience and/or relevant experienceÂ
Experience in event planning and coordination preferredÂ
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proven success managing cross-functional projectsÂ
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure premium candidate and hiring manager experiencesÂ
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentÂ
Ability to provide clear feedback, coaching, and guidanceÂ
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms and Microsoft Office SuiteÂ
Additional Information
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $68,000-$102,000+ cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
