Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Sr. Tax Manager

Position type: Part-time Contract

Duration: 12 months and possibility for extension

Location: Wilmington DE

As a Sr. Tax Manager , you will:

Prepare/review the quarterly tax provision for several entities of the US Pharmaceuticals and Biologics businesses, including all supporting calculations and documentation such as M-1 adjustments, tax provision models, management tax reporting packages, and effective tax rate.

Prepare/review tax account reconciliations.

Assist the Tax Managers and Senior Tax Managers on various projects, as needed.

Essential for the role:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting or business administration.

Minimum 5 years of experience in tax provision in public accounting and/or a large corporate tax department.

Knowledge of US GAAP, tax accounting, and the Internal Revenue Code.

Self-motivated, with proven ability to work independently on multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.

Excellent communication skills including ability to synthesize complex tax matters into simple, concise communication.

Strong analytical skills.

Agility with new technologies.

Knowledge of CCH, RIA and/or BNA research tools.

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP preferred.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $60 - $65 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
