What We'll Bring:
This position is responsible for assisting in the optimization strategy and execution for Seismic, known at TU as The Source, an industry leading content management and sales enablement platform that provides TransUnion sales with access to industry, product/solution, competitive, sales process, training, news, and other collateral. This position will participate in all aspects of program management, design and execution, including planning, project and change management, stakeholder engagement, and future integrations (Salesforce.com, acquisitions, Lessonly) along with the Director, Consultant and the rest of the Sales Enablement team.
This position will be responsible for providing support for the global TransUnion sales community, sales management, marketing, and sales operations as well as assessing future needs and technical capabilities. The ability to clearly articulate value to our field sales professionals through several KPIs and productivity related metrics will be essential to success in this role.
Overall
. Development of governance and optimization strategies for content management for Seismic sales enablement platform.• Creation of a comprehensive stakeholder engagement plan for knowledge, training and use of the sales content platform.• Creation of content quality standards and enforcement of those standards.
What You'll Bring:
Influence
- Influence and engagement plan of virtual teams to maintain the integrity of the program
- Guide the matrix of Sales, Marketing, Solutions, Industry, Operations and Sales Enablement on training, rollout of tools, and on-going maintenance of the platform.
- Establish and maintain influential relationships with contributors and SMEs in marketing and product teams, operations, and sales and sales enablement teams, and other content contributors and stakeholders as needed.
Ongoing Development and User Adoption:
- Owns and drives the "user experience" which will consist of creating and deploying engagement programs, updating and creating profiles, pages, workflows, tools, etc. to drive adoption and integration with sales tools, models and processes
- Oversees content management, the building of new pages, folders and additional features/functions
- Monitors usability and adoption of the site, including analyzing site data for enhancement planning
- Creates training such as webinars, user guides, videos, best practice documentation, and Lessonly content to educate end users
- Organizes and manages content based on sales stage, vertical industry, competitors, customer audience, etc.
- Implements and guides LiveDoc, LiveSend and Digital Sales Room implementations
Governance and Administration:
- Creating and maintaining all governance requirements and ensuring compliance across all content contributors.
- Create policies, guides and frameworks for updating and archiving content
- Provide asset management of Seismic licenses and professional services and inform ongoing budget requirements based on user growth and content storage requirements.
Tracking and Reporting:
- Create measurement systems for analyzing content effectiveness ratings, usage, comments, and feedback.
- Responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting project metrics including budgeting, scope, schedule, resources, risks, and usage
- Support contributors in designing and adapting LiveAnalytics and Seismic dashboards
- Communicate results to corporate leadership to support business decisions by providing analysis

The Sales Enablement Team is also responsible for Sales Communication. The Specialist I will be asked to supply short seller-facing communications, verbal or written, on occasion.
