Job Description

The Sr. Specialist HCP Engagement will be responsible for managing relationships with HCP consultants. This includes proactively educating the consultant to Olympus HCP consulting policies and procedures while facilitating payment for contracted services and related expenses. This role would be the escalation point for issues brought forward by HCPs and would need a general understanding of contracting.

Job Duties

Serve as the main point of contact for the assigned HCP Consultants Serve as the point of contact with an institution if a potential conflict arises to facilitate discussions with OCA Legal and/or Compliance. Communicate internal policies and procedures with HCP Consultants. Explain the timeline and next steps for contracting an HCP Consultant and answer any questions. Obtain appropriate documentation from HCP to start contracting process Provide HCP Consultant with all relevant policies and procedures and explain the importance of completing the mandatory compliance training. Work with the HCPCM contracting team on interpreting any requested negotiations Identify the appropriate business sponsor to represent the needs of the HCP and work closely with assigned business sponsor (from marketing prof ed or sales training) and HCP Follow up with HCP after activity concludes to ensure correct and timely submission of invoice Review invoices and all supporting documentation (Work product receipts etc.) in order to process payment Answer any questions on payments from internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

Education*: Bachelor&aposs degree required. Experience*: Minimum 5 years in a customer service type role dealing with various levels of employees in various industries is required. Experience working directly with HCPs is preferred Experience with contracting processes is preferredSkills: Must be PC literate (Word Excel PowerPoint). Must have excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills including interactions with HCPs and internal Olympus executives. Ability to quickly grasp contractual concepts and translate them into simple customer messages is preferred. Competencies: Demonstrating Initiative: Takes action on his/her own without being prompted; handles problems independently; able to resolve issues without relying on extensive help from others; does more than is expected or asked Navigating Organizations: Understands how work gets done in organizations; builds networks that allow him/her to efficiently drive projects through the organizational structure; maximizes productivity while staying within constraints of formal organizational policies and rules Communicating Effectively: Expresses ideas and information in a clear and concise manner; tailors message to fit the interests and needs of the audience; delivers information in a manner that is interesting and compelling to the listener. Adapting to Change: Maintains a positive attitude in the face of change; appropriately adjusts behavior and activities to changing conditions Prioritizing and Organizing Work: Allocates time and attention based on what is the most important to achieve key goals and objectives; approaches work in an organized and systematic manner; effectively manages tasks information and requests Other Considerations (travel/hours availability etc.): Occasional travel may be required (up to 10%) Ability to travel via airplane. Overnight travel may be required.

The anticipated base pay range for this full-time position working at this location is $83,187.00 - $112,302.00 / year, plus potential for annual bonus (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements). Olympus considers a variety of factors when determining actual compensation for this position including: level of experience, working location, and relevant education and certifications.
