POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting the Specialty Finance Division "SFG" Business Sales customers, activities and administration with a focus on the Auto/Light Truck Division.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Assists RSOs in the daily follow up of all sales activities and serves as back up to RSOs and other Sales Support team members as needed.

Assists the RSOs by collating underwriting requirements (i.e., applications, financial information, operational history, etc.) and uploading to InSight for routing to the appropriate value stream members. Ensures all guarantors are properly linked to the entity relationship(s). If needed, follow up documentation should be sent to appropriate team members via email or Document Manager.

Reviews loan/lease approvals with RSOs and prepares deals for entry into InSight after customer reviews proposal and agrees to terms. May also review loan/lease documentation with customers and address any inquiries.

Follows up on funding items by working closely with Loan Operations, the customer, dealers, referral sources and RSOs to fund loans/leases in a timely, efficient manner.

Facilitates a collaborative working environment between Sales and other internal departments, such as Loan Operations, Accounting, Credit, etc., to foster healthy internal relationships.

Maintains customer information in InSight and other systems as needed. Logs customer calls and activities in InSight.

Assists RSOs with data entry in InSight. InSight tasks may include updating customer information, entry and conversion of opportunities, entry of collateral, entry of guarantor information and uploading documents.

Facilitates the rapid and orderly flow of client requests through the SFG value stream (Credit, Loan Operations and Accounting).

Should expect to support and encourage customers and internal team members in the use of the Commercial Loan Portal (when it is fully launched), with the intention of becoming an expert user.

Reviews and monitors applicable InSight reports for pending items and exceptions, assisting RSOs with collection of outstanding items. Also assists with clearing title exceptions and insurance exceptions.

Reviews delinquency reports and works with other departments (Collections, Workout, Credit, Loan Operations) upon request to assist in resolving issues and to alleviate delinquency.

Responds to direct or indirect customer outreach, including calls, emails, inquiries from the website and/or transfers from the call center, in a timely manner.

Assist with review of Beneficial Ownership Rules forms.

Identifies and actively pursues cross-selling opportunities and responds to referrals.

Reviews and researches requests for management.

Assists with prospecting efforts for RSOs, including InSight campaigns.

Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.

Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Periodically attends industry tradeshows and/or client visits with RSOs.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Five (5) or more years of relevant business experience preferred.

Prior documentation, credit, accounting and/or sales experience preferred.

Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, TValue, InfoAnalysis or like structure/pricing software, CRM (SalesForce/InSight).

Ability to prioritize efficiently, displaying flexibility and dependability while navigating changing needs throughout the day.

High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently.

Outstanding client interaction, sales and service skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good phone skill/techniques.

Strong time management, organization and prioritization skills.

Able to work under time deadline pressures.

Able to occasionally work on weekends for special projects and extended regular hour week hours to support west coast clients and referral sources.

Ability to work in a high energy, fast paced and cross functional, team environment.

Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree preferred.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to travel to all locations as well as ability to travel overnight, as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc.
