Specialist II, IT Change Management and Communications

Join a dynamic team of communications, change management, and graphic design leads who support the communications and social media channels for ITS. As the Specialist II, IT Change Management and Communications, you will assist in the creation of graphic design elements, and social media posts, as well as create written and visual communications. You will also have the opportunity to build your knowledge and awareness of Change Management and Learning & Development. Excellent time management skills and extraordinary written and verbal communication skills are a must in this fast-paced, high-energy role.

This role is for someone who enjoys collaborating with others, translating thoughts and ideas into impactful visual and written communications, and strives to build strong relationships with others within ITS.

This position is located at our beautiful Deerfield Beach, FL Campus and requires a 3-day-a-week onsite presence.

Responsibilities:

• Work with ITS associates to understand communication needs and design appropriate media and tactics.
• Facilitate the clearance and approval process (C&A) for the ITS communication channels.
• Lead awareness, communication, training, and learning, or adoption strategies and tactics for ITS initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience in graphic design, digital media, and communications.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering effective written, verbal, and visual communications, and design.
• Proficiency using the full Microsoft 365 Suite and professional skills with Word, PowerPoint, Viva Engage, and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in 2-D design using the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Experience using digital media and graphic design to develop effective marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Experience leading productive discussions and workshops with diverse audiences.
• Ability to facilitate tasks to when necessary to achieve the best overall results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional experience with change management, communications, instructional design, training, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of or openness to learning video editing. Specifically, Adobe Premier Pro
• Prosci Certification, Change Management Certified Professional (CCMP) from ACMP, or other accredited organizations or related degrees.
• Proven track record of successfully leading change initiatives and leading positive outcomes.
