Overview

• Process management including risk assessment and management, maintenance of operation controls, management reporting, workload balancing, and escalation of problems/issues as required
• Day-to-day operational oversight of team
• Identify or highlight any risk & compliance issues
• Assist in the interview and training process for new associates Identify and escalate to management potential performance and/or operational problems within the unit
• Work closely with internal departments and management to ensure that daily work produced meets quality/accuracy and timeliness requirements as outlined in applicable service level agreements
• Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge of relevant corporate policies, industry knowledge and regulatory knowledge
• Development of professional competencies
• Conduct risk reviews.
• Understanding of IAM principles
• Excellent problem solving skills required as we are always challenged with access issues for different applications and platforms which are always unique, so individual need to analyze use logic to come at a solution to solve the access issue
• Individual would need to interact with Onshore counterparts as well as end users daily by phone, Mteams to resolve the access issue and query as to what access is required by the end user. Individual would also be required for sharing and presenting business scorecard to Business heads
• Working knowledge of agile methodology
• Good analytical and experienced project management skillset, having proven projects on risk mitigation, operational efficiency etc
• Act as a Business Analyst to ensure Project deliverables are met
• Understanding of ITIL
• Experience in leading and managing complex project lifecycles
• Project & Process Management skills, including industry standard project management

• Experience in Project Management Tools such as Confluence, MS SharePoint, PowerPoint, and MS Office/Project

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate effectively to different audiences (team, management, executive, business)

Experience working with onsite/offshore teams (internal and external to the project)

Excellent presentation skills and be able to present project updates in front of small or large groups

Application to IAM integration in a phased methodology

Discuss Applications with Business /Application Owners with a focus on Access Control requirements

Ability to develop and articulate well thought out business case and its financial / bottom line impacts

High level of energy and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision

Experience producing product artifacts, including use cases, requirements, etc

Job role includes clearing obstacles, establishing an environment where the team can be effective, addressing team dynamics etc.

Maintains the effectiveness of enterprise-wide information security strategy including related programs, processes and initiatives. May allocate/coordinate work within a team/project. Assists in the development, implementation and enforcement of corporate-wide security policies, procedures and standards. Assists in consulting with the business and operational infrastructure personnel regarding new and existing technologies and appropriate security architectures, practices and procedures. Reviews and analyzes more complex data and information to provide insights, conclusions and actionable recommendations produces advanced reports, analyses, findings, etc. Works closely with IT infrastructure and software engineering applications development to ensure integrity of security procedures, systems, and policies. Works with developers to ensure proper completion of all risk assessments within policy and procedures. Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, 10+ years of experience in information security or related technology experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus..
