Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Manager IT Business Process to join our dynamic team in São Paulo. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing business processes and strictly identify areas for improvement.
• Design and detail new business processes and workflows to compete at the highest level.
• Collaborate with collaborators to gather and define business requirements.
• Work with other teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Determine and successfully implement IT solutions to support business processes.
• Ensure solutions are in line with company standards and established guidelines.
• Lead and participate in project teams to strictly implement process improvements and IT solutions.
• Assist in the development of user documentation and manuals.
• Find opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and standard methodologies in process analysis and IT solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Solid experience in process analysis, business analysis, or a related role - mainly with finance processes.

• Strong understanding of IT systems, business processes, and ERP.
• Experience with process modeling tools and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience and JD Edwards knowledge is a plus.
