Specialist IT -Full Stack AI Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Specialist IT-Full Stack, this role will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business needs and technical requirements. Architect and design comprehensive AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot and full stack development. Lead the deployment, configuration, and seamless integration of Copilot solutions, while developing custom functionalities and optimizing AI models to meet specific client needs. Additionally, create and deliver training programs to ensure clients effectively use Copilot and AI solutions, provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting, and maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes, client configurations, and best practices. Collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve solutions and develop self-service tools and resources to empower customers to independently manage and optimize their Copilot solutions. Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365, and proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, .NET). A strong understanding of AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), along with proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI), prompt engineering, and Copilot, is essential

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements.
• Architect and design comprehensive AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot and full stack development.
• Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of Copilot solutions.
• Develop custom functionalities and optimize AI models/Co-pilots to meet specific client requirements.
• Create and deliver training programs for clients on the effective use of Copilot and AI solutions and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain detailed documentation of implementation processes, client configurations, and best practices, and collect and analyze client feedback to continuously improve solutions.
• Develop self-service tools and resources to empower customers to independently manage and optimize their Copilot solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on complex implementation tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex AI technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Higher degree with 15+ years of experience,10+ years of relevant exp as Full stack engineer with expertise in copilots and prompt engineering.

Skills:

• Expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Prompt Engineering and Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, .NET).
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with designing cloud native solutions.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools
