Reports to:

Manager, IT Support, USA

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and advanced support and troubleshooting for all internal applications and systems

  • Assist with the deployment of new applications or systems

  • Evaluate existing systems to streamline and provide recommendations for upgrades or enhancements 

  • Onboard new employees and/or consultants and conduct orientation 

  • Manage access controls and user credentials

  • Conduct offboarding, including collecting data for retention 

  • Provide Level 1-2 technical support for the IT Support Team to help complete daily tasks and assist with the Ticketing and Asset Management system

  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues, requests, and VMR remediation

  • Support an expanding inventory of macOS, iOS, Windows, Linux and Android devices 

  • Develop processes and procedures supporting ITSM solutions

  • Develop documentation to support internal processes and procedures

  • Develop reports on the status of all hardware and software

  • Show basic networking skills including TCP/IP and DNS in troubleshooting network and connectivity issues

  • Utilize Mobile Device Management systems to manage computers and mobile devices 

  • Manage and troubleshoot video conferencing, printers and network peripherals 

  • Provide excellent customer service to employees

  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative and self-motivation

  • Show an ability and desire to learn new skills and responsibilities

Experience / Qualifications

  • Five or more years of IT work experience in a corporate environment

  • Work experience with macOS and MDM is preferrable

  • Experience in managing devices, troubleshooting, and working in ticketing systems

  • Ability to connect and communicate at all levels across an organization

  • Ability to work independently without close supervision

  • Ability to articulate a solution in a verbal and written format

Annual Base Salary Range

  • US$87,000 - US$41,000
