Evolve is on a mission to make vacation rental easy for everyone and we’re looking for a  Specialist, Marketing Technology & Analytics to help our marketing team get us there. 

Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Technology, you will play a key role in the support of the Marketing Operations team’s efforts. You will assist the Marketing Technology team to deploy emails and automations for our strategic marketing stakeholders, and will work with the Marketing Analytics team to process and migrate data to power Marketing reporting and insights. Your input will directly impact our team’s ability to take on more projects and improve work quality. 

You will have the opportunity to learn advanced techniques in modern tools from experts in their use - email automations, data workflows, evaluating data using various analytics platforms, and more. 

What you’ll do

This is an opportunity to develop valuable marketing operations skill sets within the rapidly growing vacation rental industry. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of organization, attention to detail and critical thinking skills that will materially impact the ability for the Marketing Operations team to execute in a strategic and timely fashion. A desire to learn more about marketing, marketing data, and marketing technology is a must have for this role and future growth on the team. 

  • Manual exports of data from our reporting software used for analysis, email lists, suppression lists, paid social uploads, etc.
  • Manual updates of Google Sheets to keep Analytics reporting dependencies up to date
  • Pull, aggregate, and assess data from Martech platforms (eg Google Analytics) to be used by Marketing Analysts and other Marketing stakeholders for reporting and ad hoc insights
  • Setting up email contact lists in Hubspot
  • Setting up and deploying basic Hubspot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud email sends
  • Assist with process documentation for Marketing Technology and Marketing Analytics
  • Processes and responds to Opt-Out/Information Selling/Information removal requests
  • Works closely with the Marketing Analytics team and the Marketing Technology team to assist with projects and coordination
  • Coordinate with Project Management and other Marketing stakeholders to scope project needs and requirements

What makes you a great fit

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience a plus
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel required
    • Required familiarity of vlookups/sumifs/aggregate functions/conditional formatting
    • Macros/VBA knowledge a plus (not required)
  • Required competency in navigating and learning to use new software 
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics preferred
  • Basic understanding of marketing automation technology and email marketing preferred
  • Ability to perform detail-oriented work while understanding the larger scope of projects and how they play into Marketing priorities 
  • Ability to take constructive feedback and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask, collaborate, and prioritize in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently, juggle multiple deadlines and pivot when needed
  • Exceptionally organized with strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking to assignments
  • Ability to build and sustain highly collaborative relationships with coworkers of all levels on both direct and cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with a high regard for attention to detail
  • Thrives in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Tech, Hospitality or travel industry experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with inbound sales processes and procedures a plus

Location 

Evolve has a flexible working environment so teammates can work remotely anywhere in the state of Colorado, in our beautiful downtown Denver office, remotely or a hybrid of both! As we grow, we are working towards opening remote opportunities across the entire U.S. We currently are able to hire across the U.S except in the following locations: California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico, and Pennsylvania. 

Compensation

For this role compensation is based on an hourly pay rate. Our base pay range is $25.96-$29.81/hour, depending on relevant experience.
