Job Description

Business KPIs and Performance Management:

• Support achieving the relevant business KPIs and monitor product performance and usage across MENA countries.
• Provide management with regular performance reports and insights.

Stakeholder Interaction and Support:

• Manage inbound queries for ongoing projects.
• Organize project team meetings and record minutes of the meetings.
• Support program managers in coordinating stakeholder meetings across multiple teams within regional sales, global teams, and Talabat product & ops teams.

Product Roll-Out and User Experience Enhancement:

• Support the roll-out of new products and features to improve users’ experience, business performance, and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate user interviews and market research

Digital Transformation Initiatives:

• Work within the digital transformation team and support in project planning, and management.
• Support the digital transformation function, working on policy, process automation, and vendor marketing for partner products.
• Assisting in preparing decks, and dashboards for review by senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Prepare basic Excel dashboards to help the business make data-driven decisions, quantifying impact.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in project management roles
• Prior work experience in an eCommerce, food-tech, or consulting industry
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Analytical thinker adept with creating dashboards and Gantt charts on Excel & Google Sheets
• Google Suite proficiency is required (Slides, Spreadsheets ++)
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Basic understanding of project management & product methodologies & excellent time management capabilities
