The aim of our Population Health Business Unit is to deliver a software platform product offering that extends Evidation's population measurement and engagement capabilities to other B2B Customers with a custom-branded experience.
Our Product Operations team is growing and we're seeking a candidate who is looking for a new challenge with high visibility and to drive impact within our Population Health business. This senior level role would require someone who is passionate about solving problems, can bring order in chaos, and enjoys a good day to day challenge.
As part of our Product Operations team, this candidate will work with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful program deliveries. You will focus on the product delivery of multiple platform programs. This is inclusive of interfacing with clients on technical issues, client training, and the gathering of platform configuration requirements. Ideal candidates may have experience working as a Technical Project Manager or in a client facing Business Analyst role. Additionally, you have experience in an agile software development environment, and are eager and motivated to work in a fast-paced, highly fluid environment. Are you up for the challenge?
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Work with cross-functional teams to operationalize the configuration, customization, and launch for large-scale programs and studies
- Effective communication with technical audiences; able to present complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Expertise in prioritising and resolving conflicting priorities
- Serve as a knowledgeable product expert for our platform and technologies working within Software Development Life Cycle, etc.)
- Train B2B customers on the use of our platforms; support with development of training materials
- Work with Engineering, Product Management & QA to plan and coordinate internal testing efforts to ensure the products meets the intended behaviour and requirements
- Serve as the primary escalation point for all technical issues from clients and users; Triage and manage the resolution of issues that arise during project set-up and execution in a timely manner
- Address customer needs & product user issues via creative workarounds using internal configuration tools
- Maintain a working knowledge of the UK healthcare / health tech industry including challenges and opportunities in the sector, as well as UK workplace culture
- Able to collaborate in an remote environment and across different time zones
- A passion for delivering an excellent experience for users and customers
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
- Undergraduate university degree
- 5+ years of professional work experience
- Experience working with agile software development methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira)
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong desire to bring clarity and definition to ambiguous requirements in a fast-paced environment
- Experience as a Solution/System/Business Analyst/Product Operations in software development environment
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g. Snowflake, StreamSets; Apache Spark; AWS products such as S3, EMR, Kinesis), data integration methods (e.g. sFTP, APIs), and analytics tools (e.g. R, SQL, Jupyter Notebooks)
