Role Description
This Position is at Middle management level - Specialist Program Manager. This position is Actimize Watch RnD leadership in Nice Actimize. The role requires effective co-ordination of the program’s projects and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising. It also includes the co-ordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and realization of projected benefits.
The program manager is responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the program and success of release. They will develop and maintain the program environment to support each individual project.
Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech with Practical relevant experience/knowledge
- High level English (verbal & written)
- Proven experience in operating within a global environment
- Experience working in a complex matrix environment
Responsibilities
- Proven Experience in Program management for more than 12 years
- Release management: Driver the release cycle, internal and with all external interfaces.
- Define, audit, and improve our Agile practices and methodologies, Agile coaching, and trainings
- Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and controlling programs
- Plan, monitor and control AWS budget consumption
- Plan and Track Quality Management for the Product.
- Passion to educate and mentor others in best practices and patterns - team player
- Experience working with Agile/SCRUM/Agile SAFe software development methodology
- Managing communications with all stakeholders
- Managing risks to the programmer’s successful outcome
- Initiate extra activities and other management interventions wherever gaps in the program are identified or issues arise

Requirements for the role:
- Exposure to Finance / Anti Money Laundering (AML). Product experience is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years, hands-on, technology experience – A MUST
- Minimum of 2 years project management consulting experience for a software vendor
- Proven experience managing several major projects involving diverse operations and technology groups
- Financial securities industry experience including Risk Management, Compliance. AML
- NICE Actimize experience - A PLUS
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence business decisions and directions
- Excellent organizational skills
- PMP or Prince2 certification
- AWS/Azure/GCP knowledge
Other preferred skills
- Hands of management experience in SAFe implementation project
