You work with functions and business units to develop strategic roadmaps and to plan agreed-to outcomes. In this role, you ensure that commitments are met, and serve as the point of contact for Mondelēz International Digital Services.
How you will contribute
This role is to set up proactive lead the digital librarian on quality checks, act as data stewards, focused on the day-to-day data operations & management tasks, primarily focusing on monitoring the entire lifecycle of the digital content data, govern the data & change management
This work will require collaboration with many partners, including but not limited to such as Sales - eComm/Omnichannel teams, syndication teams and Marketing/Brand teams; data architects, master data analysts and solution lead
This individual will lead a team of Digital Librarians, and other resources to develop, maintain and support data management solutions and operations
The purpose of this position is to provide technical and processes leadership of a Best-in-Class production and non-production support of on Digital Content data repositories (DAM, PIM, Salsify)
What you will bring
  • Responsible for day-to-day collection, transportation, maintenance/curation and access to the HD data set
  • Work cross-functionally across the enterprise to centralize data and standardize it for use by business, data science or other stakeholders (this also involves storing and exposing data via a database, data lake and other API's)
  • Deploy and co-ordinate Governance and Sustainability initiatives with functions/market/plants/category (Quality, Performance, Training/Testing, industry standards) (15%)
  • Participate in local meetings (I2M, Business changes, Continuous Improvement, SCR, GS1,...) (10%)
  • Escalation and issue resolution. Governance calls with back office on performance, issues and reports. (10%)
  • Project support (Global, regional and local initiatives including link with back-office) (10%)
  • Key user responsibility for the assigned scope and a domain sub-process including testing and training and documentation. (10%)
  • Work toward maintaining and improving the Performance Measures and work with others to do the root cause analysis for any issues:

  • Min. 2 years of business experience in a functional area's of finance/supply chain, of which min. 1 year in MDLZ.
