Specialist - SAP CO

Responsibilities:

• Drives the evaluation of new and complex applications and identifiication of new system requirements through applying technical leadership competencies

• Drives the communication and presentations on system enhancements

• Manages systems hardware and application software implementation and upgrades

• Improves procedures and protocols for software

• Drives to the conception of new business requirement and development of IT solutions (e.g. SAP)

• Implements adjustments and configurations in the system by means of customizing

• Participates in rollout projects (e.g. SAP projects)

• Manages and implements further improvement of IT applications, technologies or services

• 
  

• For Operations Manager

• Manages capacity allocation and alignment with Team Leads

• Responsible and accountable for IT application support & monitoring of one IT application

• Ensures the adherence to defined SLAs, acts as escalation level if incidents are stuck, assigns incidents and tracks the execution state

Qualifications:

• Has skills developed through formal training or work experience
