Specialist Site Operations & Personalization
Job Description
TaylorMade Golf is searching for a driven, committed, and passionate Digital Commerce Specialist to join our growing Site Operations, Personalization and Optimization team. The Digital Commerce Site Operations Specialist is a professional who works with the Global Digital Commerce teams to improve, optimize and personalize the consumer experiences across our global D2C websites and digital properties. They will work across the ecommerce ecosystem to manage a broad range of tasks to maximize user experiences across our global D2C business.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor multiple website analytic tools to ensure site health is optimal and we are mitigating any impediments in the consumer buying journey
- Analyze consumer trends and bring areas of opportunity for A/B testing to the team
- Act as the global point of contact for digital product page information.
- Collaborate with the team to create and update web pages that align with brand, SEO, and UX guidelines.
- Act as a key member of the Site Operations team to help protect the consumer experience across the websites by proactively investigating the sites and detecting issues that would impact website usability.
- Work closely with the digital commerce team to help streamline and enhance TaylorMade Golf product webpages.
- Work closely with the Site Personalization manager to ideate, launch and track personalization campaign performances
- Brief and track all content needs for site personalization campaigns
- Build segments and campaigns within MCP (website personalization tool), report on campaign performance
- Manage Site personalization campaign calendar, work cross functionality with teams to align all campaigns running in parallel
- Manage onsite search, ensure recently launched products are appearing for expected search terms
- Manage and monitor the amount of no search results from onsite search. Ensure NSR remains below a given threshold
- Inspect digital product pages, product information, checkout options, and all other website-related features to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
- Work with support, merchandising, and development teams on a variety of platforms to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Build relationships and collaborate cross functionally to build consensus and align teams to achieve program goals
- Manage onsite promotions and customer groups as needed
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

- Have a general understanding of ecommerce and internet trends.
- Excellent organizational and quality assurance skills.
- Possesses a collaborative mentality and is eager to help others.
- Strong data analysis skills.

- Fluent verbal and written English communication skills required
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, including prioritizing and multitasking while paying close attention to detail
- Possess a great attitude and an insatiable appetite for learning
- Knowledge of MS Office Tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:
- High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field of study preferred
- 1-2 years of experience working in an ecommerce, direct to consumer, product management, software development or IT related field preferred
Work Environment / Physical Requirements:
- Primarily office environment.
- Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
- Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption
- Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
TaylorMade is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected base pay range for this position is $25 - 27 per hour. Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
