L3Harris' Communication Systems segment is currently seeking an Systems Engineer to join our team. This position will be based at our Salt Lake City, Utah facility supporting our Operations Group.

Position Overview:

L3Harris Technologies is currently seeking an Systems Engineer to join the Operations Test Engineering Group in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Systems Engineer will be responsible for the following tasks below and will support products within the Broadband Communication's Division.

• Define, trace and maintain test process requirements
• Test procedure creation and maintenance
• Improve test yield through root cause and corrective action
• Create product related technical information in support of Operations
• Ensures overall technical performance for Test Engineering developments
• Work with Engineering to facilitate the transition of products from design to production
• Provide input to Engineering to support product life cycle management
• Project management for Test Engineering development
• Mentor Engineers with less experience
• Provide input to organizational vision
• Provide technical test consultation to internal organizations, contract manufacturers or customers
• Represent Test Engineering in technical discussions to outside organizations
• Evaluate contract manufacturers capabilities to provide required products or services
• Participate in product design reviews
• Support manufacturing floor to help overcome production issues

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.

Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
