Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in building a world-class team at Accuris by identifying and engaging top talent. Based in Bangalore, this role focuses on end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers across global teams, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication throughout the process.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and provide data-driven recruitment insights.
- Promote Accuris as an employer of choice through strong employer branding efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a global or technical environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
