Not for US useWith minimal supervision, collaborates with regional Risk Management, Finance and Corporate Treasury to implement the global Capital Planning and Management framework and strategy as it applies to the assigned region. May interface with internal stakeholders and clients. Continues to build a broad range of knowledge spanning multiple categories of investment and asset liability management handled by the organization. Is beginning to specialize in a particular area.With minimal guidance, reviews and analyzes standard capital and asset liability management activities. Assists with projects and may participate in discussions with investment and asset liability professionals on allocation decisions and risk management. Contributes to the evaluation of investment and asset liability performance/risk attribution. Applies strong knowledge of the foundational regulations governing Treasury functions and reinforces that knowledge among less experienced peers.With little guidance, manipulates financial and statistical databases to provide relative performance and risk comparisons against benchmarks and peer groups. Reviews work with more senior professionals to ensure accuracy and quality.Is learning to draft reports that provide clear and accurate analyses and that identify and track risks. Reviews drafts with more senior professionals to improve own work. Is beginning to build relationships with Risk Management, Finance and Corporate Treasury colleagues, external peers, auditors and regulators. No direct reports. Provides leadership to less experienced team members, guiding and coaching them on their work accuracy and quality. Contributes to the achievement of regional objectives. Modified based upon local regulations/requirements.Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Degree in math, engineering, statistics, computational finance or economics preferred. MBA or CFA preferred. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred. Capital management experience preferred..
