Summary:

The Specialized LTL Solution Design Manager supports orchestration between Commercial, Product, Implementation, and Delivery for the solution design for complex opportunities.

This manager is a skilled, analytical leader with deep operational and continuous improvement experience. They can activate quickly, solve complex problems and can navigate effectively within a matrixed environment. This manager operates across the spectrum and can manage a complex portfolio of initiatives, driving outcomes both with customers and senior leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Solution Design playbook
• Document Solution Design workflow
• Provide data and metrics to support Operational S&OP 
• Partner closely with commercial to understand customer needs for MGF products and create standard solutions
• Partner with Implementation and Delivery in the development of customer solutions
• Responsible for navigating complex deal design, close interaction with Pricing, Operations, Customer Experience, and Global Compliance
• Solution Design process, framework, and approvals for customer operations
• Operations & Delivery expertise
• Highly Analytical and data oriented
• Strategic thinking
• Customer / Commercial orientation, ability to understand customer needs and translate into a solution

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required;
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
• Advanced Degree in related field recommended
• Other skills needed: Operations / Delivery Experience
• Travel (domestic) is expected for 20% of time.
• Implementation Accuracy
• Net Revenue Performance

Pay Range:

• $130,000-$145,000*

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
