UKG is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, and motivated individual to join our growing support team within our Benefits Enrolment & Management (ESS) platform. In this Benefits Services Support role, you will have a proven track record of being client-focused, operationally excellent, and a critical thinker that loves to leverage data, problem solve, and maintain relationships to provide increasing value to our clients to achieve their business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Provide the first line of support for our customer base via email or phone• Quarter End, Year End, and Open Enrollment assistance and task execution• Be a fast learner ready to leverage our technology, tools, and best practices to support clients on our solution• Work closely with clients and partners to understand their needs and deliver projects on time while building a strong relationship for lasting success• Assist clients with case builds including benefits enrollment, carrier and payroll integrations and employee onboarding• Work with general direction to resolve issues and provide solutions, with guidance in complex situations• Apply strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and data management skills• Set and reset expectations clearly and be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing. • Conduct Web-based training

Qualifications• At least 3 years of experience in a client facing environment, with proven ability to produce positive results• Track record as an enthusiastic team player with proven ability to prioritize and multi-task• Be a motivated problem solver who can accurately document and communicate issues• Exceptional communication and follow up skills with a strong attention to detail• Must be proficient with, and adopter of new technologies• Takes ownership and proactively addresses challenges and opportunities• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment• Experience with benefits administration, insurance, or payroll• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
