Position Summary

The mentioned resource will focus on Spec share and growth Business, Market Data Analytics, crossing products, and helping sales team w.r.t product engineering knowledge and insights.

Responsibilities

• Ability to read and understand product specification and plumbing plans.
• Ability to read and understand MEP plans and plumbing architectural plans.
• Provides spec writing services including crossing competitive spec and matching them to Zurn products.
• Understanding and able to interpret Plumbing drawings and layouts along with fixture schedule.
• Ability to search different projects in different spec share tools, capturing Architects, Engineer and Contractors Accounts details.
• The individual should be able to handle large data and must have understanding in data analytics reporting/dashboards.
• Create digital specifications and collaborate with customers on projects using Zurn’s proprietary digital specification solution.
• Responsibilities also include providing equipment functionality and capability reports to the sales force and acting as technical liaison to the sales team.
• Collaborate closing with the spec sales team to create and delivery specifications for key accounts and large commercial building projects.
• Determine product technical strength/weaknesses vs. competition.
• Specialty knowledge of finished plumbing, fixture carriers, PEX, water safety & control and/or commercial drainage products.

Experience and Skill Required

• BE/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Candidates having Knowledge in Plumbing and piping products will be preferred.
• Must have Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, (Power Point, Excel, Word, Access)
• Teamwork, presentation, project management, and verbal/written communication skills required.
• Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Customer Driven Sense of Urgency
• Self-motivated individual able to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
