Specification Specialist

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Specification Specialist you will be responsible to manage Decorative Specifications by promoting Jotun products through tight specifications and the Single Source Solution (SSS) concept. Build strong relationships with top specifiers to secure projects, boost market share, and drive profitability. Work with architects and consultants to ensure Jotun's specifications are approved and followed for profitable sales growth.
This position is based in Riyadh & will report to the Specification Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an updated database of key construction projects and architects in Saudi Arabia.

• Regularly follow up on technical issues and color selections, keeping interior designers informed with relevant specifications.

• Build a strong business network with government entities, consultants, architects, and project specifiers to support Jotun's specification approvals.

• Conduct training sessions and seminars to boost Jotun's visibility and sales through the architect channel.

• Identify and influence key decision-makers to approve Jotun specifications and secure projects in Saudi Arabia.

• Monitor the construction and paint industry, using insights to promote Jotun products and strengthen market leadership.

• Develop and maintain relationships with specifiers through regular visits, presentations, and seminars.

• Arrange meetings with architects, consultants, and project owners to showcase Jotun’s products and technical documentation.

What We Look For:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or engineering.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.

• Fluency in English – both verbally and written
