Speech Language Pathologist (School Setting) – Federal (GOV) – Immediate Opening

We are hiring a dedicated SLP to provide specialized therapy services in a school setting in Albuquerque, NM.
This role is perfect for professionals passionate about student development, seeking meaningful work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. This is a travel-based role, and both full-time and part-time options are available.
Key Responsibilities:
As an SLP in this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Therapeutic Support: Deliver on-site therapy services, conduct evaluations, and develop personalized educational plans for students with special needs.
- Compliance & Documentation: Create and maintain detailed reports, therapy plans, and progress notes in line with federal and state requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with educators, school staff, and parents to design effective therapeutic solutions for each student.
- Consultation: Provide expert advice on therapy matters, guiding therapy implementation for school teams and families.
- Student Support: Counsel students and participate actively in their Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid New Mexico SLP license.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license with comfort commuting for the role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience is preferred but not required.
- Compensation Range: $50–$80/hour (based on experience).
- Additional bonuses and incentives may be available.
- Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time options.
