Speech Therapist Lead

Reporting to the Director of Physical Medicinethe Speech Therapist Lead performs the day-to-day management of the speechtherapy team and directs and administers Speech Therapy agents and techniques in a manner to assist in therehabilitation of people with functional disabilities of speech, language,voice, and swallow. Included is the ability to properly receive orders, reviewmedical records, test, and evaluate, develop treatment plans, and administertherapy. The Speech Therapist Lead oversees the SLPA providing statement to theCalifornia Board as applicable. The position involves effective evaluation,documentation, and communication of medical information .
