Role - Splunk Engineer

Location: Plano, TX (3 Days Onsite / Week)

Yrs. of experience: 5+ Yrs.

Mode of employment: Full-Time

Job Description:

Experience working with Splunk Experience working in Agile practices
5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, Production Engineer or Backend Software Engineer for web-scale or similar platforms.
Understanding of Unix/Linux systems from kernel to shell and beyond, taking in system libraries, file systems, and client-server protocols along the way.
Deployment tool e.g. puppet / chef / Bladelogic / autosys Database e.g. SQL or NO SQL

Exposure to any Big Data / Monitoring platforms
Coding experience in one or more of Python, Bash, Go or Java. Experience building or operating high performance distributed systems.
