We currently have a career opportunity for an Splunk/Dynatrace Observability Engineer. While our headquarters location is St. Louis, MO, this position is remote and can be based anywhere within the United States and will be working ET zone.

Job Overview:

Join our dynamic team as an Splunk/Dynatrace Observability Engineer. In this role, you will lead the technology transformation focused on defining architecture, standards and governance for observability across the enterprise. This is a fast paced, delivery focused role that will require collaboration, constant communication and focus on time sensitive deliverables

We are looking for an Splunk/Dynatrace Observability Engineer to employ their hardware and software skills to improve technology. You'll collaborate with incident and event management, problem management, and DevOps teams to detect, analyze, and diagnose system problems and defects across Enterprise-level applications and technology stacks (most important) and review and upgrade Enterprise systems.

As an Splunk/Dynatrace Observability Engineer, you will be working with system and application owners to obtain existing design and functionality, leverage comprehension of workflow systems and application processes within multiple system environments, and work across technology and development teams to diagnose outages and recommend changes to increase reliability. You will troubleshoot performance issues and outages with application developers, system administrators, cyber security/identify access management, and network administrators.
