We are building upon our leading US sports brand to grow our Sportsbook Operations group! Join our team as a Sportsbook Support Specialist, and you will play a central role in running the day-to-day operations of a rapidly scaling part of our business. What you'll do as a Sportsbook Support Specialist

• Work with our broader sportsbook operations team to handle second line escalations and ensure delivery of market-leading Sportsbook offerings on time.
• Ensure that site content, promotions, betting events, and betting odds are presented and merchandised as expected.
• Work on internal tools and reporting needs for the Operations team.
• Support and collaborate with other parts of the business such as operations, trading, customer experience, and marketing.
• Run processes to support quality assurance, problem escalation, and competitor tracking.
• Due to the nature of the sporting calendar, this position will regularly include evening, and weekend shifts, which includes five days of work with two days off.
