Spray Foam Assistant/ Construction

Cooler Green Solutions is seeking a motivated **Spray Foam helper/ Construction team member** to join our team in Austin, Texas! No experience required – we provide on-the-job training for the right candidate. Construction background a plus! If you’re hardworking, reliable, and eager to learn a trade, we want to hear from you! **Job Responsibilities:** - Move trailers between job sites- Dump runs - Assist with the preparation and application of spray foam insulation at residential and commercial job sites. - Load and unload equipment and materials. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Follow instructions from lead sprayers and adhere to safety protocols. **Requirements:** - Valid Texas driver’s license with a **clean driving record**. - Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials - Comfortable working in various environments (indoor/outdoor, attics, crawlspaces). - Reliable, punctual, and a team player. **Details:** - **Location:** Austin, TX 78734 - **Employment Type:** Full-time - **Pay:** $20-$25 an hour Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Work Location: In person
