(Spring) Product Marketing Developer Co-op: January to June 2024

*Note: this role is for a Spring (January to June 2024) co-op or post-graduate internship*

This position will require to be local to the Boston area to come into the office in Needham, MA, 3 days a week at minimum.

We are looking for a passionate recent grad or upcoming grad for an internship/co-op. You thrive in a creative, dynamic work environment. As a member of the Product Marketing Development team, you will bring together a creative product marketing role and technical outlook to our creative efforts to ensure that imaginative but credible solutions populate our ambitious product roadmap. This role will be part of our growing Ninja Product Development team, working on a variety of new innovative outdoor cooking products.

In this position, you will work in partnership with the product development team to help bring new innovative products to market. Specifically, this position will be responsible for:

• Partnering with Product Development team members to help with the successful product launches of new and cutting-edge products in the outdoors.
• Collaborating with Brand Marketing and Creative teams on updates to product packaging, instruction guides, and more
• Be the category expert in our competitive landscape and providing analysis for areas of opportunity
• Be the go-to person for owning item (SKU) creation and accessory development for global product launches
• The PD lead of consumer research activities with internal and external testers in collaboration with Consumer Insights team
• Tracking of findings and action items from consumer research and product reviews
• Conducting ad-hoc analytical deep dives into consumer reviews – both Ninja products and competitors – to understand the consumer’s point of view

Education and Experience

• The ideal candidate will have completed at least one prior Internship or Co-op in a marketing or consumer products role
• Recent Grads encouraged to apply
• Major in Business Administration degree (marketing focus) program preferred
• Great communication skills
• Self-starter, energetic, keen to learn
• Flexible in approach
• This internship will be for 6 months, Jan-June
