Sprintax Calculus Junior Payroll Specialist

Sprintax Calculus Junior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for on-boarding new clients, helping them through the preparation period when switching to the new software (Sprintax Calculus) and supporting them throughout the process.

The communication is held via phone, webinars and email, whatever is more suitable for the client.

Shift: 16:30 - 01:00, Monday - Friday with immediate start

Main duties include but are not limited to:

• Testing the software Sprintax Calculus and ensuring it is working correct
• Suggesting changes that would improve the process based on clients’ feedback
• Helping new clients onboard and start using the software
• Support the clients throughout the process of using the software
• Support the sales agents when organizing introduction sessions and sales
• Ensure they keep up with the latest US tax law changes

NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

• Excellent English;
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork;
• An organised, analytical and detail-oriented person;
• Proactive and enthusiastic to learn.
