A role you will love

As our Business Support Consultant II, you will develop complex end user computing solutions utilizing Excel, MS Access, Python, SQL, VBA, or other needed tools. Have an in-depth understanding of how own area integrates within the sub-function and basic commercial awareness. This is an instrumental role in providing ongoing business support and development for end user computing tools.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Develop end user computing tools utilizing Excel, MS Access, Python, SQL, VBA or other needed

- Provide technical assistance in identifying and evaluating systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements

- Develop end user computing solutions in a timely manner as specified by project manager or client specifications

- Ensure EUC policies are adhered too

- Actively participate in utilizing, updating, and influencing EUC guidelines and standards

- Ensure proper handoff and implementation of all EUC initiatives. (Prevent scope creep, draw a line in the sand)

- Conduct rollout, documentation, and training of system enhancements to allow team members to fully realize benefits

- Ensure BCP practices by understanding all assigned secondary support applications

- Identifying and work collaboratively with EUC team to implement improvements/standards to current processes

- Driving the implementation of new technology and work methods. Identifying new strategies and ideas to fulfill current business goals

- Coach, train, provide guidance and be a primary resource for your immediate team and internal business partner

Other key skills required for the role include:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience of industry related technical experience or Bachelor's degree

- Programming experience in Excel, MS Access, Python, SQL, VBA or other needed.

Compensation.The base pay range for this role is $80,626 - $100,782. This base pay range is a national average and may not be applicable to all locations.
