SQL Developer

ServiceTitan is looking for a SQL Developer to help take our ETL solutions to the next level, provide smarter tools, and minimize risk from diverse data collections. Work prioritization and team coordination play a heavy role in this job. Data concerns are a blocker for most of our customers, so delivering high quality, highly accurate ETL solutions is absolutely crucial and greatly appreciated by both our customers and our company.
What you'll do:

• Develop code that will efficiently and accurately map data from previous (various) databases into the ServiceTitan platform
• Utilize SQL & JavaScript to validate, correct, reformat or move our customer's data
• Utilize C# to extend our in house ETL tool
• Evaluate and understand database structures and interpret them into our model
• Own deployment, reliability, availability, and performance of ServiceTitan's data import tools
• Clearly communicate project status' and updates with the onboarding team in a timely manner for successful delivery
• Identify opportunities to leverage information from legacy databases into the implementation process to avoid inquiring for additional information from customers
• Maintain and update a repository of automated data migration scripts
• Manage a wide variety of tasks with shifting priorities and tight deadlines

What you'll need:

• 2-5 years of experience with SQL Server
• 1-2 years of experience in C# or Java & JavaScript is a plus
• Intermediate level understanding of database and data model concepts
• Intermediate knowledge and experience in T-SQL, ETL & Data Profiling tools and operations
• Strong communication skills as you will be required to meet with our customers to ensure completeness & accuracy of our work
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Four year degree in MIS, Computer Science or other technical field or Business Management
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment with tight deadlines and high expectations
• Ability to work independently and cross functionally
• Results and solution oriented
