What does a day in the life of an SQL Specialist (Technical Support) look like?

• Dealing with clients (business owners, users of software) and customers
• Identify and troubleshoot advanced technical problems, and provides timely and effective solutions to customers
• Working on data tools, and documentation for ticket runbooks and product feedback

What are the required qualifications of an SQL Specialist (Technical Support)?

• At least 1 Year of Experience in SQL (Read and Write)
• At least 3 years Technical Support (Troubleshooting)
• Strong knowledge of SQL syntax and troubleshooting logic (if, then, else conditionals).
• Proficiency in templating languages, specifically Jinja.
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Zendesk, Slack, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, Zoom, and PagerDuty.
• Familiarity with web app troubleshooting.

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Golang Template
• Communication Tools: Slack and PagerDuty
• Python
• Any programming language (data management)
