Sr 401K Administrator

Our Total Rewards team is looking fo a Sr. 401(k) Retirement Administrator to help with strong acumen and accountability for a competitive 401(k) plan.
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

• Administer U.S. 401(k) retirement plans coordinating with record keeper to ensure accuracy in data flow from company Workday system to their system.
• Coordinate with 401(k) record keeper to ensure plan documents and non-discrimination testing is completed in a timely manner
• Partner with third party vendors to investigate discrepancies or issues and provide information in non-routine situations
• Partner with payroll department and/or employees to ensure proper deferrals, deductions, or loan payments are accurate and updated on a timely basis
• Experience with plan audits, government filings, and participant notices
• Determine employee interests by conducting employee surveys and analyzing responses
• Respond timely to 401(k) plan related questions from employees and vendors
• Review and approve benefit elections in Workday
• Ensure plan legal compliance by keeping abreast of laws and regulations in all countries and by recommending implementing any new actions
• Identify trends and opportunities to modify and streamline processes and ease administration
• Assist the team with some day to day Health and Welfare task and annual Open Enrollment activities including reviewing communications and enrollment system testing

Desired Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of 401(k) administration experience, ideally in a high-growth, scaling, technology environment
• Prior analysis, administration, compliance and communications experience desired
• Proficient with HRIS systems; ADP and Workday experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel VLOOKUP formula and pivot tables
• Knowledge of ACA, ERISA, 1095C, Summary Annual Reports, and compliance regulations
• PHR, CEBS, or similar certification a plus
