As a Senior Analyst, Account Change, you'll be responsible for the timely and accurate transfer of annuity and life policies between agents and broker dealers.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting Relationships: Reports to Manager.
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: High School diploma and undergraduate studies in business, finance or accounting preferred.
Experience: Four or more years of Account Change experience.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills: Requires knowledge of licensing requirements for servicing policies; an understanding of regulatory and Nationwide rules surrounding the transfer of variable and fixed business. Requires knowledge of all account change processes across all product lines and systems including specialized account change processing. Requires extensive Nationwide Life and Annuity Product knowledge.
Ability to effectively operate a personal computer with related business software. Strong verbal and written communication skills for contact with customers. Full competence with Excel.
Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.
Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the Vice President and Human Resources.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as an issue resolution and subject matter expert. Solves producer account change issues within the issue resolution process including communicating with the end customer.
- Resolves not in good order (NIGO) requests. Process NIGO requests sent from other producer account change associates. Researches any NIGO elements and attempt to resolve. This includes communicating with back offices of outside broker dealers and/or their producers to obtain the missing items. Additionally, works with other areas to solve NIGO issues.
- Serves as an issue resolution and subject matter expert. Solves producer account changes within the issue resolution process, including communicating with the end customer.
- Manages team good order pending views basket as well as regular views baskets to track, age and process/reject NIGO producer account change requests.
- Manages incoming team service requests to ensure timely and accurate resolution of service issues.
- Trains new and existing associates on producer account change processes, procedures and systems.
- Assists with any projects assigned within Licensing & Commissions, as well as projects not directly related to, but could affect, producer account change processing.
- Serves as subject matter expert on producer account change process.
- Serves as an additional training resource to supplement our QC Analyst/Trainer.
