Job Description
- Achieve quarterly and yearly revenue quotas.
- Consistently reach / exceed key activity milestones Â
- Prospect effectively using the variety of tools and resources available
- Build and maintain pipeline to ensure consistent quota achievement
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of opportunities, pipeline, account plans, and other activity within Bluesight’s CRM tool (currently SalesForce.com)
- Effectively collaborate across other teams within Bluesight to achieve individual and team goalsÂ
- Consistent use of defined sales process. This includes discovery, meeting preparation, leveraging internal resources, presentation details, use of customer references, and the transition to our implementation team.Â
- Maintain knowledge of competitors and industry trends and be able to articulate to clients Bluesight’s value and differentiationÂ
- Negotiate customer pricing and contracts.
- Proven "hunter” with a track record of successÂ
- Experience selling a B2B SaaS productÂ
- Strong desire to continuously develop skillset
- Willingness to pick up the phone!
- Coachable. Competitive. Strategic.Â
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years sales experience
- Strong meeting presence and presentation skills
- Ability to influence key stakeholders including senior level executives Â
- Ability to travel once per quarter
