JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Sr. Accountant Location: Seattle, WA- Hybrid(2 days in office after training) Salary Range: $81,000-$100,000 Perks of this Sr. Accountant Position: • Hybrid Schedule; 2 days in office with work-life balance • A very supportive culture! Key Responsibilities for the Sr. Accountant: • • Maintain the general ledger and perform monthly closing processes • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and organizational policies. • Manage compliance with grant agreements • Support the annual audit process • Help develop and monitor organizational budgets and forecasts. • Review and process payroll, benefits, and related journal entries as needed. • Assist with internal controls, policy development, and process improvement initiatives. • Work with program managers to provide financial insight and support decision-making. Qualifications for the Sr. Accountant • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting • 3+ years of progressive experience • Experience in the Non-Profit Industry is preferred • Commitment to the values and goals of social service and community engagementGreat Communicator • #LI-JM1 #INAUG2025
