The Propulsion Engine Control Systems division is searching for an innovative engineer to guide the organization's requirements based engineering activities. Develop new processes and best practices for the development lifecycle. Incorporate the latest tools and utilities to maximize robustness and efficiency. Work with leaders and experts, while acting as a technical focal point.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop disciplined requirements-based engineering processes and best practices:
• Requirements analysis
• Requirements decomposition
• Requirements validation and verification
• Development of command media, including:
• System development and validation plans
• Validation and verification reports
• Ensuring compliance with industry and corporate policies, guidelines, and best practices
• Incorporation of requirements management toolsets
• Effective coordination and communication with:
• Multi-disciplinary test teams
• Systems engineering teams
• Project management organizations
• Internal customers

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

• 5+ years of experience in requirements based engineering roles
