Job Description

AEM Development:
Develop, implement, and manage websites, components, and templates in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Design and integrate custom components and workflows in AEM.
Manage AEM instances and troubleshoot issues related to AEM.
Implement AEM Best Practices for performance, scalability, and security.
Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to create efficient and user-friendly digital experiences.
Work on AEM Multi-Site Manager (MSM) and localization for global content management.
WebSphere Portal Development:
Design, develop, and maintain IBM WebSphere Portal-based applications and websites.
Work on portal integration with backend systems and third-party applications.
Customize WebSphere Portal themes, portlets, and layouts based on business requirements.
Ensure smooth migration of WebSphere Portal-based applications and content to new versions.
Administer and monitor WebSphere Portal servers and troubleshoot any issues.
Technical Skills:
Integrate AEM with external systems such as CRMs, marketing tools, and content delivery networks (CDNs).
Work with RESTful APIs and web services for system integration.
Write and maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code (Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, etc.).
Implement security best practices in AEM and WebSphere environments.
Optimize both AEM and WebSphere Portal for performance, ensuring rapid page load times and minimal downtime.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Work with UX/UI designers to implement responsive, intuitive, and engaging user interfaces.
Coordinate with quality assurance (QA) teams for testing, debugging, and resolving issues.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and worked on Agile way of delivery.
years of experience working with AEM and/or WebSphere Portal.
Strong experience with Java, J2EE, and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
