This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Agentic AI Sales Executive based in United States.

This is a high-impact, hunter-focused sales leadership role centered on driving enterprise adoption of Agentic AI ERP and AI-enabled transformation services. The position operates at the forefront of the AI-driven reinvention of enterprise systems, helping large organizations modernize legacy ERP environments and unlock new value through automation, AI engineering teams, and advanced managed services. It requires a highly consultative seller capable of engaging C-level executives and shaping strategic transformation agendas across complex global accounts. The role blends deep technical fluency with strong commercial execution, covering everything from pipeline generation to solution design and enterprise deal closure. Operating in a fast-moving, innovation-led environment, the executive will play a key role in expanding market presence and accelerating AI-driven ERP adoption across industries. This is a role for a strategic builder who thrives in ambiguity and high-growth markets.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition for Agentic AI ERP, ERP modernization, and AI-enabled transformation solutions across enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting and strategic account development.
  • Engage and influence C-level executives (CIO, CFO, CTO, COO) to position AI-driven ERP transformation strategies.
  • Translate complex business and technical requirements into end-to-end AI and ERP solution architectures.
  • Lead the development of persuasive business cases, ROI models, and value propositions to support enterprise deal closure.
  • Collaborate with solution consultants, delivery teams, and engineering partners to ensure successful solution design and execution.
  • Expand existing enterprise accounts by introducing AI engineering teams, managed services, and ERP modernization initiatives.
  • Promote adoption of third-party ERP applications, integrations, and ecosystem solutions to modernize legacy environments.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives for new AI and ERP offerings across industries and geographies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, challenging legacy ERP thinking and shaping client transformation roadmaps.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience selling complex enterprise technology solutions, including ERP, managed services, or AI-driven platforms.
    • Proven success in a hunter sales role with strong outbound pipeline generation capabilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
    • Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems, including modernization, integrations, and application landscapes.
    • Experience selling AI services, engineering teams, or advanced professional services is highly desirable.
    • Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs into solution architecture concepts.
    • Excellent communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills.
    • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
    • Strong commercial acumen with experience building ROI-based business cases and closing large enterprise deals.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
