Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is seeking a forward-thinking Sr. Analyst - Business Analytics and Insights in Omaha, NE. This newly created position with significant opportunity for advancement reports to the head of Finance and will play a key role in the growth our business. In this role you will help identify and execute opportunities utilizing data to develop insights and enhance decision making across the organization. You will collaborate with a broad range of individuals and departments including executive level management who rely on your analytics to inform company decisions. Through aggregating, analyzing, interpreting, and communicating data, you will become a valued business partner throughout the organization focused on driving the business to its full potential.

Responsibilities
- Lead company wide effort to evaluate, select, and implement an analytical software package (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, etc.)
- Collaborate with individuals across the organization to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop self-service user dashboards
- Conduct strategic analyses including benchmarking and scenario-based forecasting
- Contribute to executive level strategic decision making through the preparation and presentation of detailed analytics and proposed course of action

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of related experience
- Advanced data analytical skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics, or other analytical software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely in oral and written formats
- Knowledge of commodities / agriculture a plus
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office product suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
