In this role as a Senior Analyst of Employee Data Management, you will ensure the success of key People & Culture initiatives by partnering with cross functional teams to ensure the data accuracy and systems integrity of Gap Inc's employee data. You will have an interest in automation and desire to find new ways to create operational efficiencies. You will have strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail as well as outstanding time management and communication skills.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify data management opportunities and build plans for execution and delivery
- Create/load and validate Workday Interface Builder (EIBs) to support business processes
- Lead the creation and maintenance of cost center hierarchies and supervisory organizations
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) for all things related to employee data and global standardization of key processes and transactions
- Ensure data standards and governance are applied for personally identifiable information (PII)
- Triage, diagnose, and resolve issues that roadblock business processes and systems integrations
- Lead data health checks and participate in testing (UAT)
Who You Are
Who You Are:
- Proven experience with Workday hierarchies (cost center, supervisory org, location) and position management and employee data
- Hands-on experience with Workday Interface Builder (EIBs) and data updates
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and problem solve
- Passion for technology, process improvement, and continuous learning
- Ability to diagnose a problem, informed by data and lead correction efforts
- Lead projects and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
